ScanViS Thermal Detection Series
ScanViS Thermal Detection Series stands with everyone to keep the community safe from invisible threats. It provides contactless, speedy, cost effective and accurate means for body temperature screening in anytime and anywhere such as school, commercial building and construction site entrance to secure public health.
To address the market needs of increasing use of thermal detection to ensure health safety in workplace and public areas, ScanViS provides a flexible access control solution with thermal detection for enterprises and organizations.
GateGuard TH+ combines facial recognition and fever detection functions in a standalone device. Engineered with state-of-the-art sensor technology, its temperature detection distance is up to 2 meters, which provides safe screening to staff and visitors before entering the premises or venues. If abnormal temperature is detected, the system sets off an alarm, or denies access when employing in the GateGuard automated access control system.
For ID verification, both devices offer multi-factor authentication methods including face, QR code, MiFare card, and passcode, allowing enterprise and organization to assign different authentication protocols to different staff levels. While liveness detection offers to prevent fraud identity and additional dry contact is housed to enable more door or access control, all these features strengthen private security in the premises.
The flexible and user-friendly Central Management System (Win CMS or Cloud CMS) platform is designed to enable administrators to manage ID group and schedule setting, as well as generate graphical reports of access logs and temperatures records for better monitoring. It significantly enhances operation efficiency of both administration and security personnel, saving their time to improve productivity.

The ScanViS Visitor Management System (VMS) is a cloud-based platform designed for visitor self-registration and access control. VMS seamlessly integrates with the ScanViS GateGuard QR, enabling efficient access control processes. Once a visitor completes the self-registration process, they receive a static or dynamic QR code via email or SMS. With this QR code, visitors can easily scan it using the GateGuard QR located on turnstiles or doors to gain access to the building or office.
In contrast to the traditional method where visitors had to go to the front desk, fill in personal information, and obtain an access card, which consumed a significant amount of time and human resources, ScanViS VMS simplifies the process with its user-friendly interface. It ensures quick and accurate visitor access control and management through the versatile GateGuard QR, promoting security and efficiency while eliminating the need for paper-based documentation.
ScanViS complete access control solution creates safer, more secure spaces. Built to scale for thousands of users across multiple locations, the system is powered by GateGuard Series structured with the leading-edge facial recognition technology, delivering reliable and safe access control solutions to both public and private sectors in the global market. This product series embraces different versions answering requests from light and quick roll out to large scale deployment involving software customization and system integration.
Many organizations choose to use multi-factor authentication to boost the security of their access control systems. ScanViS complete access control solution can help enterprises design a multi-factor security feature to suit the organization, such as Face + Passcode, Face + Card, or even Face + QR code or more.
The complete access control solution centralizes attendance, visitor management, and security management with robust cloud-based software and seamless integrations, all managed from a single pane of glass.
This next generation end-to-end access control solution gives enterprises and organizations unprecedented visibility and control over all their locations, enabling them to do more with less investment.
ScanViS GateGuard PRO is an upgraded access control device with strong components delivering practical and highly flexible functions including effective liveness and mask detection, multi-factor authentication, watch list compilation (white/ black list), door control and alarm setting. Users can manage ID group and entry authorization through a comprehensive user interface. GateGuard PRO offers configurable web services integration, allowing admins to combine access control with HR, service registration, reporting and other systems under a single umbrella. For example, when employed in the intercom system of the company, voice communication will be available between staff and visitors via the device. The integration of devices across multiple functions and platforms gives security and facility managers much more control over their premises. With real-time push alert, office admins or security personnel will be notified of unauthorized visitor or identity fraud on the mobile APP.
Accommodating 50,000 face databases, the device with a touch screen can identify user's face within 2 meters in less than 1 second. It can also personalize greeting message on the display screen when the registered visitor is authorized to entry. This function gives a good visitor experience when a VIP checks in the company or a building.

The ScanViS Road Defect Detection Solution (RDDSolution) offers an extended application for road defect detection. By integrating specific data, the solution automatically generates a preliminary detection report, which is then uploaded into the customer server platform. This report includes information such as the type of defects, GPS location of the road, and the severity or maintenance priority. Accuracy is ensured by comparing relevant cases or data. Furthermore, the report may provide suggestions regarding necessary materials, tools, labor costs, and time required for repairs.
The RDDSolution brings several significant benefits. Firstly, it is fully automated, eliminating the need for manual intervention. This automation streamlines the defect detection and reporting processes, saving time and effort for public service personnel.
Secondly, RDDSolution simplifies the system for public service personnel to use. By reducing complexities in defect detection and reporting, staff members can focus on essential tasks such as planning and implementing infrastructure improvements. This not only improves operational efficiency but also enhances employee satisfaction and morale within public service organizations.
Thirdly, RDDSolution provides comprehensive reports with detailed insights to make informed decisions for repair and maintenance. With a clear understanding of the road conditions and defect prioritization, timely resolution of road issues would minimize disruptions to traffic flow.
Overall, the ScanViS Road Defect Detection Solution enhances efficiency, simplifies processes, and enables data-driven decision-making for public service organizations involved in road maintenance and repairs.
